I've been thinking a lot lately about what some chicks wear and why. I met a guy the other night and he told me about his wife and that she came home from shopping with a maxi dress, which he did not like one bit! He said it hid her butt and that he like to see women in anything tight and short.
This got me thinking, did I dress for fashion or for men??
Well let's look at the facts:
1. I wear a lot of loose clothing - not male freindly
2. I dont mind a high wasited pair of coulottes every now and then - not male friendly
3. I hardly ever wear heels - not male friendly
4. I beleive that wearing a push up bra is false advertising - not male friendly.
Ok there you have it, I dont dress for men. But I truly believe that a lot of woman do. I go out to a club or bar and I see a lot of really short, really tight, really wrong outfits (in my opinion) And I wonder if they feel confident in what they are wearing or are they trying to pick out a suitable mate. Men are very visual creatures after all, but what kind of attention are you aiming for ladies?
But then again I see a lot confident sexy chicks who are wearing pants or a maxi skirt or god forbid a buttoned up shirt and I think they look hot as chips!!! Its all in the confidence and the attitude, its how they carry themselves that make them sexy....in my opinion.
EXAMPLES:
Dressing for men.....
short and slightly slutty
Dressing for fashion......
green hair
maxi skirt
lots of layers
very loose (and not in the way men would like want u to be)
